Recently, SCGA Junior and LAGC, one of six teams in the new TGL indoor golf network, collaborated to bring long-time Junior participant, Atticus Sajor’s dream to life. Together, 18 SCGA Junior participants and 18 LAGC social media creators teamed up for LAGC’s Inaugural Junior Golf Invitational at Bella Verde GC.

The invitational fostered camaraderie and mentorship opportunities and allowed brand exposure alongside a high-profile sports enterprise. The day started with the opportunity for players to warm up in the LAGC Dryve Box. It continued with a creator/junior team putting competition, nine holes of golf, a closest to the hole and longest drive competition and rounded out with an alternate shot Top Golf extravaganza.

Beyond a fantastic and jam-packed day to get outside and have fun, being LAGC’s first on-course golf tournament is a testament to the partnership ahead and to LAGC and SCGA Junior’s shared mission of growing the game through accessibility for all across SoCal.

From photos, to fit checks to a TikTok and event recap video, the Invitational was definitely not short of a great time. Every junior had an absolute blast and expressed their gratitude for both organizations and their excitement for the next event.
