Recently, SCGA Junior and Worldwide Golf Shops teamed up to host the inaugural SCGA Junior Day at the Roger Dunn Golf Shops in Santa Ana. The event was an overwhelming success with over 150 juniors and their family members showing up early on Daylight savings before the store opened to the public for some fun. Attendees enjoyed a variety of engaging activities, including a putting contest, a closest-to-the-pin challenge and an exciting scavenger hunt that had participants exploring the store. Adding to the fun, the dedicated staff at the store generously hosted hourly giveaways, awarding prizes to lucky juniors through a series of raffles held throughout the day.

The event was met with overwhelming positivity, as families appreciated the opportunity to connect, compete and celebrate the game of golf together. Many juniors left with smiles on their faces, new gear in hand, prizes and goodies to bring to the course.

This memorable moment for junior golfers doubled as a significant stride in the partnership for SCGA Junior and Roger Dunn Golf Shops. SCGA Junior Day marked the second official installment of the expanded partnership between the two entities after Roger Dunn Golf Shops hosted an activation at the Silver Tour Tournament Championship in November of last year. Hoping to further expand on the joint venture, SCGA Junior and Roger Dunn Golf Shops will hold an additional SCGA Junior Day later this year. Thankful to our friends at Worldwide Golf Shops, SCGA Junior Day was a true testament to the power of collaboration and community in inspiring the next generation of golfers.
